We are glad that you are looking for a place to worship God. We would like to help you find the local church community that is the right place for you to be committed and involved as you worship God.

Each of us that decide to follow Jesus Christ as savior and Lord get a great opportunity to share that relationship with others. How are you going to share that your relationship. If someone says to you Happy Holidays or Seasons Greetings, don't get upset, don't get mad. Consider how you can be nice, kind and caring. If you really think that our society has gone overboard with presents and shopping and all the material things, don't boycott people or places, determine how you can show the joy of knowing Christ with others.

We are not suggesting that you should over spend. By all means, we should each determine not to over spend and not to increase our debt by purchasing presents when we can not afford it.

Let's try this Christmas to say with love and joy to others Merry Christmas. Let's really work not to say it with clenched teeth because someones business tells them only to say Happy Holidays.
